Resolved: Delayed delivery twice
My delivery was to arrive last Friday on December 6. When I still had not received it on Saturday, I tried to contact the company, but they said they were closed.
I did send an email where they followed up with someone will be in touch on Monday, I never received any calls or emails Until I got this one which is asking me how things went. I did receive the box Monday night, but the ice was totally melted, and I did not feel it was safe to eat.
I called my bank and asked them to credit my payment to you all This is the second time that the delivery has been late in the last two months. I am not sure why as I never had this happen before I still love the food, however and Im not going to quit unless this issue keeps coming back.

Technical mix up and the support staff on the chat option were not helpful
Once I called through Pissed Consumer, I got ahold of an agent and he fixed everything :)
I got a refund for the portion of the month I didn't use, and am explanation of how to proceed going forward!
User's recommendation: Always go through Pissed Consumer! They are amazing.

I have always had a good relationship with Tovala. I resent that someone is trying to cause problems with Tovala. All I want is to cancel my Tovala food subscription.

Order not delivered
It was Fed Ex not Tovala. They were very helpful and resolved everything promptly. I am quite pleased with Tovalas customer service.

Resolved: Tovala Customer Service experience
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. By email and text
They rely on emails and texts. No phone number listed on their website.
When I finally found a phone number by searching Google, the Rep was responsive but it took a few days to resolve my issue. The Rep had to discuss with his supervisor each time we communicated.
When just texting or emailing them, it took a couple of days to get a response.
I am just starting with them so well see how it goes as I use them.
